Is this legal advice?+
No - and we want to be straight with you about that. Frank provides educational analysis: Frank compares your documents against industry norms and gives you questions to ask your contractor(s). We never tell you whether a clause is enforceable or what your legal rights are.
What do I need to upload?+
Depends which report you want. A bid comparison needs at least two competing proposals for the same project, up to six. A contract review needs one agreement's paperwork: the contract itself, plus any scope of work, addenda, exhibits, or schedules that come with it, also up to six files. PDFs or clear photos both work; a photo of a printout is fine. The more complete the documents, the sharper the report.
Which report do I need?+
If you're still choosing a contractor, start with the bid comparison. It shows you what the price differences actually are once scope is lined up. If you've chosen one and have an agreement in front of you, that's the contract review. Plenty of people do the comparison first and the review later on the winning bid; they're separate reports at $49 each, not a bundle.
How long does it take?+
Frank emails you the finished report within 24 hours of your payment clearing. You'll get a confirmation the moment your documents arrive, so you know they landed; the report itself follows once Frank has read it through himself.
How does the analysis work — and who sees my documents?+
A full analysis is completed by a focused AI model, then reviewed personally by Frank before your finished report is emailed to you - a real person stands behind every report, it's never just sent automatically. Your documents are handled privately and used only to prepare your report, never to train AI models. We don't share your documents with anyone, and nothing is ever posted publicly.
What if my documents can't be read?+
If a page is too blurry or a scan is unreadable, we'll tell you exactly which page and ask for a clearer copy, before your analysis time is wasted.
What if the report isn't useful?+
